Girls with P.E.A.R.L.S. Foundation, Inc. was founded by Michelle Scott with a vision to empower young girls to become confident, purpose-driven leaders. Built on the core values of Principles, Empowerment, Aspiration, Respect, Love, and Sisterhood, our organization provides a safe and nurturing space where girls can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Through mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful community engagement, we strive to shape young ladies who not only believe in themselves but are equipped to make a positive impact in the world.
